I can work off of existing designs (in Figma, PDFs, or other design tools) or develop designs for your site myself. For development typically I will create wireframes for clients who are interested in the structural components of a website. Next comes the basic theme building blocks (header, content space and footer) and creating and/or importing blocks to go into the content space.
